1. Welcome to PomoPeople
PomoPeople is a gentle productivity app by The Gentle Doer LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PomoPeople. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions & payments
PomoPeople offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Free trial
New users may receive a free trial. At the end of the trial, you will lose access to this product unless you provide valid, approved payment and begin your subscription. You will be charged the day your subscription renews, unless you cancel beforehand. If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial ends.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, scraping).
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Gentle Doer LLC owns all rights to the PomoPeople name, logo, code, designs, pixel art, and other original content. You retain ownership of any content you create in the app (task descriptions, mood notes, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your personal data or creative work.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal productivity purposes.
7. Disclaimers
PomoPeople is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you did not pay.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Certain provisions (liability, intellectual property, etc.) survive termination.
